M & K Xclusive Multi Services Tax Preparation Terms and Conditions
1. Services Provided:
- M & K Xclusive Multi Services agrees to provide tax preparation services for the tax year 2023.
2. Client Responsibilities:
- The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information and documentation required for the preparation of their tax returns.
- Any delays in providing necessary information may affect the completion timeline.
3. Confidentiality:
- M & K Xclusive Multi Services agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose any sensitive information to third parties without the client's explicit consent.
4. Accuracy of Information:
- The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. M & K Xclusive Multi Services will prepare the tax returns based on the information provided by the client.
5. Compliance with Laws:
- M & K Xclusive Multi Services will prepare tax returns in compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
6. Fees and Payment:
- The client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fee for tax preparation services. Payment is due upon completion of the tax returns.
- Additional fees may apply for complex tax situations or additional services.
7. Refund Policy:
- M & K Xclusive Multi Services is not responsible for any issues related to tax refunds, including delays or changes in refund amounts, as these are determined by government authorities.
8. Amendments and Corrections:
- If there are errors or omissions in the prepared tax returns, M & K Xclusive Multi Services will make reasonable efforts to correct them promptly.
9. Limitation of Liability:
- M & K Xclusive Multi Services is not liable for any losses or damages arising from errors or omissions in the information provided by the client.
10. Termination of Services:
- Either party may terminate the tax preparation services with written notice. Fees for services rendered up to the termination date will still be applicable.
11. Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida.
12. Agreement Acceptance:
- The client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions by engaging M & K Xclusive Multi Services for tax preparation services.
